What is the average processing time?
Order processing typically takes 2 business days and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. During the holidays, processing time may vary (a holiday cut-off schedule will be available). Place your order by 12PM PST if you’d like to select expedited shipping at checkout. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Sincerely Capri team will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

How do I track/check the status of my order?
You'll receive an email with the tracking information once an order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once you place an order, we work quickly to process and ship it. If your order has not yet shipped, we will endeavor to accommodate your request. Please be advised that once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each Sincerely Capri order comes with a branded box. If you wish to personalize your order with a special message, please send your request to hello@sincerelycapri.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $99 before tax and flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under $99 before tax and discounts. We do not offer Saturday and international delivery at this time. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day. For expedited shipping, please see options outlined during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times will vary depending on shipping method selected and delivery location. The estimates are for reference only, exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. During Holiday season, we are closed December 22nd - 25th & December 29th - January 1st.
Orders placed between December 21st to December 25th or December 28th to January 1st will be processed on December 26th or January 2nd.
They will be ready for shipment within 2 business days. See the following estimates:
• USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 2- 5 days
• USPS Overnight: 1 business day

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Purchases can only be made by using a shipping address in the United States. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or a APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What are you return/exchange policies?
Our goal is to keep you happy. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day window for refunds on all purchases, with some exceptions (see below).
Returned items must be shipped to Sincerely Capri within 30 days of receipt. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return or exchange is due to the item arriving incorrect, defective or damaged.
Important note: Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the return or exchange is due to the item arriving incorrect, defective or damaged. Such incidents much be reported within 7 days of receipt. In this case, we will accept the return or exchange as per our regular return & exchange policy.
For your convenience and to streamline the return process, we only accept returns shipped using a pre-paid return shipping label, which we will provide. Sincerely Capri will not accept returns or exchanges, nor grant refunds, beyond our 30 day window. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

How do I start a return?
To return an item, please follow the following instructions:
1. In order to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear. Original tags (if any) must be attached and the item must include the invoice and original packaging. Please note that pierced earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. E-mail the Sincerely Capri Team at orders@sincerelycapri.com or fill out the Inquiry Form on our Customer Care page. Please include “Return” or “Exchange” with your order number in the subject of your e-mail and state your reason for the request.
3. For defective/damaged items, please include a clear, high-resolution image of the defect/damage in your return request email.
4. Upon receipt, our team will respond to your email within 3-5 business days. Our reply will include a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which all exchanges and refunds require to be processed. The RMA number will be in the body of the email, along with a pre-paid return shipping label.
5. Upon approval of return, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment only.

What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges, we suggest that you place an order for the new item(s) and return the original purchase for a full refund in the original payment method.
